On 30th of September, 2021 Oncodia released a scheduled update of ALTOmate to version 1.2.0. The new version includes two modes of operation aimed to enhance the performance towards either high mutation selectivity or high mutation sensitivity. This version introduces a new functionally of a read-cutter, complementing the existing read-trimmer module. We have addressed error handling and small issues reported after the last release.
