ALTOmate v.1.2.1 is released on schedule to improve selectivity in regions with poor alignment

On 30th of December, 2021 Oncodia released a scheduled update of ALTOmate to version 1.2.1. The new version improves the selectivity of the mutation output in regions with poor alignment and introduces a safety net over the sequencing read-cutter functionality. We have also addressed several small issues reported after the last release.
