On 31th of May, 2021 Oncodia released a scheduled minor update of ALTOmate to version 1.1.0. The new version includes improved sensitivity, enhanced InDel alignment model and adjustments of the reads mapped as singletons. Following a request to report mutations with limited evidence to assure compete sample evaluation, the new version introduced a low evidence category of calls. ALTOmate v.1.1.0 will not compromise the high selectivity and at the same time will substantially reduce the possibility for a missed somatic mutation.
